Hey there, fellow traveller!

I’m so glad we’ve connected - it can get a bit lonely out here in the infinite at times.

While we each have our own paths to explore, that doesn’t mean we always have to navigate everything by ourselves.

I mean, yes, by the inherent nature of consciousness exploration, it’s an inside job when it comes to actually perceiving something. But part of the joy of the adventure is distilling those experiences and sharing your perspectives, lessons, and wisdom with others.

Not only does the translation process offer a form of deeper understanding, but it also opens us up to the opportunity for others to reflect entirely new ways of seeing things back to us. I’ve lost count of the number of times my concept of something has been utterly transformed by a few heartfelt sentences from another person with a different vantage point.

Despite that, so many of us walk around with our truth stuck in our throats, for one reason or another, and it’s choking the life out of our realities. It’s not that I don’t understand the fear! It isn’t always easy, depending on the audience, but I’ve never regretted my decisions to be true to myself, no matter the outcome. Expressing what’s occurred - through speech, writing, song, creation - is its very own crucial form of initiation and growth, too. 

Besides, what comes back might surprise you! Some of the most beautiful, unexpected moments have unfolded when my courageous vulnerability has been met with loving kindness. When you’ve grown accustomed to a default response of misunderstanding and defence, the simple act of validation can be revolutionary for your mind, body, and soul.

All of this is to say thank you for being here and witnessing me in all of these ways, as I continue wandering my trail through the cosmic unknown. My hope is that you find elements of your own experiences in my musings and discover more about yourself through the mutual expansion we forge together.
