This space is fiercely protected, to encourage authenticity and growth. What is shared here stays here, unless explicit permission from the creator is given to use the content elsewhere. Kindness and respect come first, always.
5. Self-care and boundaries
You are invited to engage in empowered ways that feel supportive for you - whether thatā€™s being an active contributor, observing quietly, or taking a pause when needed. Your well-being matters most when it comes to your participation.
